Old Falls Renaissance Faire Pirate Fest

Held at Old Falls Village Park in Menomonee Falls, this Renaissance faire with a pirate theme turns the park grounds into a marketplace evoking the era of King James. Attendees find jousting tournaments, sword fighting and combat demonstrations, archery, unicorn rides, and live acts including bagpipers, jugglers, musicians, magicians and storytellers, plus Celtic and sea shanty music from the Paddygrass Band and the Shanty Shipwreck Show. Vendor booths offer handcrafted and period-appropriate goods, and there are food vendors, a biergarten, a children's scavenger hunt and a knighting by the King's Court. Costumes are encouraged and weapons must be peace-tied.
