Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to Ren Faire Directory ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at renfairedirectory.com. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What This Site Is
Ren Faire Directory is a free calendar of renaissance faires, medieval festivals and related events across the United States. Listings are gathered automatically from public sources — the faires' own websites, public reference lists, and event platforms — and from submissions by organisers and visitors.
Faire Information Can Change
We work to keep listings accurate, but we don't run the faires and can't guarantee that every date, time, location, price or detail is current. Some listings show a faire's usual season rather than confirmed dates, and organisers change plans, cancel and reschedule. Always confirm details with the faire organiser before you travel. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate or outdated listings.
Submitting a Faire
When you submit a faire, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to publish, edit for clarity, and remove the listing at our discretion. We may decline or remove any submission without notice.
Using the Site
You may browse the site and share links to listings freely. You may not:
- Copy the directory in bulk or scrape it for use in another product or service
- Submit false, misleading, or spam listings
- Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access areas you aren't authorized to use
Third-Party Links and Advertising
Listings link to organizer websites, ticketing platforms, and other third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense; see our Privacy Policy for how that works and how to opt out of personalized ads.
Intellectual Property
The site's design, original text, and compilation of listings are ours. Faire names, logos and photos belong to their respective organisers and are used to identify the faire. If you own content shown here and want it corrected or removed, contact us and we'll take care of it promptly.
No Warranty
The site is provided "as is." We make no promises that it will be error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its listings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
