About Ren Faire Directory
A straightforward, current calendar of renaissance faires across the United States.
What We Do
We collect renaissance faires, medieval festivals, pirate festivals, Viking festivals, Celtic festivals and Highland games, fantasy and fairy festivals, jousting tournaments and madrigal dinners from across the US into one searchable directory — updated automatically every day.
Wherever we can, a listing links to the faire's own website, because the organisers are the people who actually know when the gates open. We are a signpost, not a replacement for them.
Our Data Sources
- Faire websites — the organisers' own schedules, which is where dates and prices come from
- Public reference lists — including Wikipedia's list of Renaissance and Medieval fairs, used to identify faires rather than to copy their descriptions
- Event platforms — Eventbrite, Meetup, AllEvents and similar
- Community submissions — organisers and visitors can submit a faire directly
