Minnesota Renaissance Festival

The Minnesota Renaissance Festival, held on festival grounds in Shakopee, is the largest Renaissance Festival in the United States, drawing an annual attendance of 300,000. Visitors find more than 16 stages of entertainment, over 500 food and beverage selections, more than 250 artisans, and over 50 games, rides, and attractions, with jousting, stage acts, musical acts, and street performers, plus themed weekends ranging from Highland Fling to Oktoberfest. It runs weekends from 9 AM to 7 PM, rain or shine, and parking passes are required to park on the festival grounds.
