Baltimore Faerie Faire

The Baltimore Faerie Faire is an urban fairy and fantasy event organisation in Baltimore that stages a series of gatherings for costumed attendees rather than a single outdoor faire. Its main event, FaeryCon, is held over a weekend at the Lord Baltimore Hotel and features activities, artists, authors and artisans, craft vendors, live bands, a mermaids grotto, the Coronation of the Unseelie Queen and the Faery Scary Ball. Other occasions include a costume flea market and swap, a murder mystery concert and seance co-hosted with Baltimore Steampunk, a New Year's Eve Time Traveler's Ball and a Spring Faerie Ball. Donations are made to environmental causes.
