Fairy & Gnome Home Festival

A family-oriented fantasy event held at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center near Solomons, Maryland, organized as a walk through themed "realms" of the garden. Visitors meet costumed fairies, a mermaid, pirates, a green man, an ogre with a pet donkey, and hunt for hidden gnome homes, while children build fairy and gnome houses, make flower crowns and other crafts. Additional attractions include unicorn rides, a petting zoo, live owl and swordfighting demonstrations, gem and fossil mining, axe throwing, face painting, henna, storytime, a drum circle, live music and dance, a magical marketplace and food trucks.
