Maryland Irish Festival

An indoor celebration of Irish culture held annually in the Cow Palace building at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, presented by Irish Charities of Maryland, a 501(c)(3) organization staffed by volunteers. The program features local, regional and international Irish music, Irish dancers, traditional cuisine, beer, a whiskey tasting, cultural and historical exhibits, workshops, competitions, and vendors selling Irish and Celtic goods. A dedicated children's area offers activities and games, and a Catholic Mass is held on the Sunday morning. Admission proceeds support charitable causes within the Maryland Irish community.
