Arkansas Viking Thing

Arkansas Viking Thing is a Norse-themed winter event held at Dragonstone Springs in Mount Vernon, Arkansas, the same permanent grounds used for the Arkansas Renaissance Festival and Arkansas Highland Games. Attendees gather in clan groups and in Viking dress for Viking games, storytelling, music and a Ship Burning Ceremony. Vendor applications are accepted for the event, and participating clans also return during Viking Weekend at the autumn Renaissance Festival for feats of strength and skill.
