Arkansas Highland Games and Festival

The Arkansas Highland Games and Festival is a Scottish and Celtic festival held at Dragonstone Springs in Mount Vernon, Arkansas. Its centerpiece is a full Highland Games competition open to both participants and spectators, alongside bagpipe performances, Celtic dance, and a daily schedule of more than twenty shows. Lighter contests such as Bonnie Knees, a Gathering of the Gingers, and a Best Shillelagh competition run alongside the athletics, with food vendors, merchants, and a street cast rounding out the grounds. The festival was founded in 2024.
