Appalachian Renaissance Faire of Tennessee

A renaissance faire set in the hills of East Tennessee, themed around a fictional village called Faire Crossing and blending Old World and Appalachian folklore, with influences drawn from Scotland and the Smokies. The faire presents live jousting, traditional and folk fantasy music, storytelling and mountain folklore, and has moved to a new location for its tenth anniversary season. Entertainment listings include acts such as a mage, a living statue, a storyteller, roaming costumed characters, mythical musical performers, and armored combat and equestrian troupes.
