Vermont Renaissance Faire

The Vermont Renaissance Faire is an annual outdoor festival produced by Vermont Gatherings, a Vermont-based organiser that also runs a Winter Renaissance Faire, a Steampunk Expo, a Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Horror Expo and seasonal markets. Attendees find period games, musicians, dancers, acrobats, historical demonstrations, living-history encampments and jousting, along with costumed characters such as Vikings, knights, fairies, jesters, pirates and a unicorn. Vermont mead and cider makers, artisan vendors and food from local chefs round out the grounds. The faire is family-oriented, and guests are encouraged to attend in costume; same-day re-entry is permitted with a hand stamp.
