Santee Summer Knights

Summer Knights is a medieval and Renaissance event staged on 23 acres in the center of Santee, California, organized in connection with the Kiwanis Club of Santee and other community service groups as a fundraiser. Daytime hours bring Imperial Knights full-contact jousting on horseback, a battlefield reenactment and Field Battle Royale, archery with the Archers of Ravenwood, Queen Elizabeth I's quest, whip-cracking lessons and two stages of shows including Parliament of Fools, Tea & Strumpets and Professor Peanut. Evenings add a Queen's Feast and Ball with court and line dancing, DJ, and a beer and wine garden. Evening feast packages are $70, or $55 without the meal, with onsite parking included.
