Kearney Renaissance Faire

Held at Kearney Park in Fresno, this Tudor-themed faire is presented by Two Fayre Ladies and framed as an invitation from Henry VIII, with the Yule season as its theme. Visitors find a village of vendors and food and drink stalls, including ale, mead and whiskey tasting, two stages of entertainment, and a joust and weapons tournament staged by the Knights of Mayhem. Numerous costumed guilds and encampments take part, covering bellydance troupes, Scottish and Viking groups, historical martial arts schools, country dancers and pirate companies.
