Port Deposit Pirate Takeover

A free, town-wide pirate-themed family festival held at Marina Park along the waterfront in Port Deposit, Maryland, organized by the nonprofit Community Connecting Us on a pay-what-you-want basis with no ticket required. The two-day event offers pirate games, a treasure hunt, music, food and crafts, with performers including belly dancers, and visitors are encouraged to arrive in pirate, mermaid or other sea-faring costume. Parking at Marina Park is free and guided by volunteers, and arrival by boat is possible via the Port Deposit public dock. Free registration is optional and helps organizers plan prizes.
