New York Faerie Festival

The New York Faerie Festival is an annual weekend event in the wooded hollows between the Finger Lakes and the Catskill mountains, devoted to faeries, fantasy and folklore. Visitors find live music flowing from five stages, along with performance artists, storytellers, magicians, dance performances and acrobatics, plus arts and craft shows and vendors set among the trees. Costuming and make-believe are central, with guests encouraged to explore the wooded grounds and interact with faeries, elves and other mythical characters. Day, weekend and camping passes are offered, and pets are admitted for a fee.
