Lake George Renaissance Fair

A two-day renaissance festival staged within the grounds of a Moose Hillock camping resort, populated by kings and queens, knights and nobles, fairies, elves, pirates and peasants; visitor costumes are encouraged but not required. Scheduled entertainment includes royal jousts and trebuchet demonstrations on the tournament field, knights' armory demonstrations and knighting ceremonies at the knights' encampment, maypole dancing, wizard magic shows, bards, juggling, and medieval whip demonstrations. A festival marketplace runs through the day, with pony rides at additional cost, food vendors, and children's story time with the queen.
