King Richard's Faire

King Richard's Faire is a New England renaissance faire set on 200 acres of wooded grounds in Carver, Massachusetts, laid out in eight named regions including Gaming Glen, Wizard's Glade, King's Wood and the Highlands. More than 70 live shows run daily across 11 stages, with aerialists, fire-eaters, balladeers, jesters and puppet shows, three jousting tournaments a day, over 110 artisans, archery and axe throwing, pony rides, and food from spit-roasted turkey legs to chowder, mead and ale. The season runs eight weekends, each with its own theme and contests. Adult tickets range roughly $36-$46 and children's $22-$26, children under four enter free, and parking is free.
