​​​​​Kerrville Renaissance Festival

The Kerrville Renaissance Festival takes place at River Star Arts and Events Park, the Hill Country Youth Event Center on Highway 27 in Kerrville, Texas, and runs across several winter weekends rain, shine or cold. Eight stages carry continuous entertainment, including Wolgemut pipes and drums, the Dublin Harpers, comedy juggling from Tribal Circus, Viking living history and live steel combat by Vinland Texas Vikings, and a birds-of-prey show from Last Chance Forever. King Edwin the Great presides over a knighting ceremony, parade and costume contest, with carriage rides, food vendors, artisans and a pub crawl. Adult gate admission is $19.95, children 5-12 $9.95, under 5 free, and parking is free.
