Fairy Festival

The Fairy Festival is a spring family event staged by the Jackson School of the Arts at its downtown Jackson building, aimed at young children and the adults accompanying them. Visitors enter at timed 15-minute intervals and move through themed lands including Fairy Kingdom, Mermaid Cove, Dark Mountain, Neverland and Alice in Wonderland, with the full route taking roughly an hour. Admission covers face painting, appearances by fairy and storybook characters, dance and theatre performances by students, a lantern craft, a treasure dig, a cupcake, a fairy tea and dance party, a bounce house and instrument exploration. Optional paid add-ons include photos, terrariums, a petting zoo and unicorn rides.
