Delaware Renaissance Faire

The Delaware Renaissance Faire is a weekend renaissance festival held at Firebase Lloyd in Townsend, Delaware, running over three themed weekends with Halloween, Celtic and Fantasy themes. Professional entertainment is spread across five stages, including an equestrian show with feats such as catching rings on lances, comedic sword fighting, juggling, magic, belly dance, storytelling, harp and fiddle music, and participatory renaissance country dancing. Visitors can browse an artisan marketplace of craft vendors, eat from food vendors, drink at a locally sourced pub, try archery, axe-throwing or dagger toss, and meet costumed village characters.
