Great Lakes Medieval Faire and Marketplace

The Great Lakes Medieval Faire and Marketplace is a shaded, wooded 13th-century theme park set in the fictional shire of Avaloch, reached from State Route 534 south of I-90 in northeast Ohio. Visitors find continuous entertainment on twelve stages, including international musicians, minstrels and interactive acts, along with jousting knights on the Field of Honor, birds of prey, rides and games of skill. More than a hundred juried artisans and vendors sell handcrafted wares, and food is available throughout the grounds. Themed weekends such as pirates, super heroes and time travelers run through the season, and the day closes with a Finale in Song.
