CelticFest Mississippi on the Rez

An annual traditional music festival and Scottish Highland games held in central Mississippi at Bobby Cleveland Park at Lakeshore in Brandon, produced by the Celtic Heritage Society, a nonprofit founded in Jackson to study, promote and preserve Celtic traditions and culture. The program includes live Celtic music performers, Scottish Highland heavy athletics competition managed by Backyard Rebellion Highland Games with professional men's and women's classes alongside amateur classes open to all, and an honored clan. Other features include a main stage, a merchandise booth and a raffle drawing for a trip to Scotland or Ireland.
