Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire

The Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire is held at Sky Meadows in Snohomish, Washington, on grassy fields along the bank of the Skykomish River about 30 miles from Seattle, where it recreates the Village of Merriwick in the realm of Queen Elizabeth I. Visitors find seven stages of performers, jousting, wandering bards and minstrels, an interactive costumed cast and guilds, historical demonstrations, hands-on activities, pub crawls, a knighting ceremony and a tea party. A marketplace offers handmade goods such as corsets, leatherwork and forged knives, alongside a food court and ale houses. Each weekend carries its own theme, and onsite tent and RV camping is available.
