Shadow Bay Celtic Festival

The Shadow Bay Celtic Festival and Highland Games is a one-day event run by Caleb's Dragonfly Dreams, a Myrtle Beach non-profit that organizes activities for children in shelters and group homes in Horry County. Created as a second festival alongside the organizers' renaissance-themed event, it focuses on Celtic and Norse traditions and celebrates Beltane. Attractions include Highland games on the main field, live Celtic music, vendor-led workshops, a bonfire, a fairy forest, blacksmith demonstrations, an artisan area, a hand fasting ceremony and a Maypole dance. Hours run from 1pm to 9pm, and tickets are sold online or for cash at the gate.
