Riverssance Festival

The Kingdom of Riverssance Renaissance Gathering is a two-day weekend event held in Riverside Park in Sioux City, Iowa, organized by the Port of Sioux City River-Cade Association. Jousting by the New Riders of the Golden Age Jousting Troupe features on the program, alongside a merchant village of vendors in period garb and booths decorated in a 16th-century Old England style, the Fallen Friar's Pub, a daily gate-opening gathering and communal drumming to close each day. Gates open at 10am both days; admission is $15 for adults 13 and over, $5 for children 7 to 12, and free under 6, with limited King's Smoker adults-only party tickets at $25.
