Queen City Renaissance & Fairy Festival

A family-friendly Renaissance and fairy folklore festival held at the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds in Helena, Montana, with a daily royal parade at 11:00am. The weekend program includes a full-combat jousting show with mounted archers in the stadium, the War of the Roses Belegarth and Amtgard tournament with open all-weapons battles and battle brackets, plus vendors, food trucks, artisans and assorted performers. A separate Royal Masquerade Ball and feast takes place at the Helena Civic Center, with live music, ballroom instruction, Renaissance fare and desserts, card and chess lounge, photography sets and the crowning of the court. Camping and battle encampment tent sites are offered.
