Pirates & Wenches Weekend is a pirate festival that takes over the whole town of Rock Hall, Maryland, rather than a single fairground. It is a family-oriented celebration that has run since 2008, and because Rock Hall sits on the water, visitors can arrive by boat as well as by road.
