Ohio Renaissance Festival

The Ohio Renaissance Festival recreates a 16th-century English village on grounds outside Waynesville, running weekends in the autumn with more than 100 shows daily across 22 stages, including dueling swordsmen, fire jugglers and jousting. The sprawling village holds some 215 shoppes of handmade crafts alongside food and drink such as turkey legs, pulled pork and beer. Nine themed weekends shape the season, among them Highland, Viking, Time Travelers, Romance, Myths and Monsters, and Heroes and Villains weekends, the last of which includes free admission for children 12 and under and a discount for military and first responders.
