Eastern NC Renaissance Faire

A non-profit, community-run outdoor faire held at the Lenoir County Fairgrounds in Kinston, recreating a Renaissance and medieval village with costumed actors, crafts and games, alongside vikings, pirates, fairies and other fantasy folk. Attractions include jousting, pageantry, music, artisan vendors, a Royal Court, a petting zoo and food and drink for sale, with all stage entertainment included in admission. Gates run to early evening, rain or shine, with entertainment moved under large tents if needed. Online general admission is $25 with reduced rates for seniors, veterans and children, and $35 at the gate. Handicapped parking sits near the entrance and the grounds are flat, though wheelchairs are not available to rent.
