Berks Celtic Festival

Berks Celtic Fest is an annual two-day Celtic festival in Reading, Pennsylvania, organized by the Berks Irish (BCIAFA) as a fundraiser supporting the group's mission of promoting Celtic heritage through education, literature, music and traditional practice. Held on the grounds of the Reading Liederkranz, the event features Celtic and Irish bands including Clann Redmond, The Low Kings, The Shantys, Bar Dust and Down By The Glenside, pipers from the Hawk Mountain Highlanders, and performances by the Joyce and Hooley schools of Irish dance. Other attractions include a men's and women's kilt contest, raffle drawings, food and drink vendors, and a merchandise tent.
