Skål

Skål is a winter event in Caldwell, Idaho, presented by the Idaho Renaissance Faire Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that also runs a Beltane festival and the Idaho Renaissance Faire. Billed as the first annual Skål, it marks the end of winter with a look back at traditional Norse culture and heritage, and attendees are advised to dress warmly in wools and furs. Entertainment and vendors are part of the two-day weekend event, which runs 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. Admission is free for ages 0-8 and $15 for ages 9 and up, with each ticket valid for one day. Costumes are optional. Parking includes a shuttle pick-up point.
