Ocean State Renaissance Faire

A weekend renaissance faire held at Saugatucket Park in Wakefield, Rhode Island, described by its organisers as the only renaissance faire in the state. Most of the event takes place on a grassy field, with additional performances in an accessible theater reached by a footbridge across the Saugatucket River, and further activity at the riverside CTC patio and tavern. Attractions include local vendors, live performances, costume contests, mermaids, pirates and magic, a D&D live show in an indoor space, arts and crafts, and four themed courts visitors can align with. A Friday evening kick-off party precedes the main days.
